Online Deep Listening Practice 

For experienced Deep Listeners on Saturday afternoon 27th July

These practice sessions are for any deep listener who wishes to practice the method with other like-minded deep listeners. If there is enough interest we will aim to offer these every six weeks or so except during holiday times. 

Content of the session: 

• Check-in and short meditation and reflection on topic related to Deep Listening Practice

• Deep Listening Practice Groups in triads or quads in breakout rooms with time for a 10-minute break included (Total 90 minutes)

• Check-in and sharing with final sitting.

Rosamund Oliver is an international trainer who founded the Awareness Centred Deep Listening method. She teaches this method of Deep Listening internationally, in Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, UK and Spain and online.
When she trained as a UKCP psychotherapist , as well as working with clients, she taught spiritual care in hospices, and created a prison meditation project. She continues to train professionals in how to combine contemplative insight and awareness with listening and communication.
She participated in a full time three year Buddhist retreat and now regularly teaches meditation and compassion methods both online and directly in-person.
