Course details
The Power of Deep Listening is a full introduction to the powerful method of Awareness Centred Deep Listening. During this online experiential workshop, we explore how the embodied listener applies the skills of compassion and awareness. This method provides a safe, open space for listening, transforming communication at all levels, allowing the unspoken to be heard.

What to expect

• Experiential time to deepen embodiment and awareness while listening.
• Reflections for listening with open awareness, compassion and presence.
• Gentle exercises to explore this way of listening with like-minded others.
• Time for discussion and questions.

In the case of cancellation two or more weeks before the start of this workshop, all payment will be refunded, minus £8 administration costs. In case of cancellation less than two weeks before the start of this workshop there will be no refund.
